If you've beaten all the areas and obtained 1mil yen for that one quest, then yes, that's all there is for now. The dev (DKT) is still updating the game but progress has been slow recently.
try using local emulator, and right click game.exe and run in japanese, it works for me
Yeah I'd be careful with this, I see some people saying it's a false positive and the couple times ive used them before i didnt have problems but when i downloaded this one and used the .exe after excluding it from my defender, it opened up my web browser for a quick second. It seems my browser security stopped it, whatever it was but I'm still gonna do a deep clean and reset my passwords.

I think it's more so that the American credit card companies have something against loli stuff. Personally I think it's kinda crazy for them to tell the consumer what he/she can or can't do with their own money as long as it's legal.

However they have a work-around.
