This is still RPGM ... naturally loading many assets at once is bound to skip some from time to time andyou get such specific hold ups. Either too little RAM on that particular run of too many processes to execute and the GPU got caught up in the work flow. Save from time to time, close game and start from save. Might help game make sense of all its numerous pieces that need to come together.
