After that, there's always the possibility that
sfoMMA85 mentioned and set them on "Stepping" (not walking) so they will loop indefinitely. For this, all the frames will need to be on the same line.
Personally, I don't really like this method, because it's harder to control the speed of the animation. Instead, I put one frame on each of the 3x4 sprite sheet (so 4 frames in total, one below the other).
To make the animation look smoother, always have a duplicate frame set "mid-movement".

Take this cowgirl animation for example. As you can see, 1 and 3 are the exact same, so the movement looks smoother and doesn't suddenly jump from one frame where, say, the dick is completely outside the pussy, and then the next it's balls deep in. You need some kind of in-between so it doesn't look weird.
Then, to make it move, you need to look under "Autonomous Movement" to the right of the image, click on "Type" and choose "Custom". Under it, the "Route" option will be ungreyed, and you can just set a path that will loop, as per the example below.

Then, you set the number of frames you want between each movement, less frames meaning the animation will be faster (60 frames = 1 second). A bonus point for doing it like that is that you can also set sounds, as you can see by the "SE:WetPound" that I have added right under the "Turn Left" movement, to simulate the sound of flesh hitting against flesh during the sex animations. Another bonus point is that you can also set a continuous movement for animations with more than 4 frames, but I won't get into that now^^
