Yes, but ultimately the person who controls this immediate topic has more of an influence on how the community specific to it develops. Fact of the matter is that we've all seen games that we liked die because not enough people supported them and we don't want that to happen here. You can bitch, piss, moan, stamp your feet, make snide comments, and in general just be a little bitch about it but that's not going to change the simple fact that all games require a certain amount of supporters who don't support it leaking. I may be posting on a piracy forum but at no point have I ever or will ever leak an update for a game that I support on patreon.
Not true, what happens is that people like to lord over downloads and develop superiority complexes while forgetting what site they are on. Games dont just up and die because they are leaked here on f95zone, if that were true it would be a cause for concern for the porn game industry, I bet you cant even name a game that just stopped because people kept leaking updates of it, you are using a dated excuse that holds no weight. Fact of the matter is that you can stop trying to "prove" yourself, the only real way to absolve yourself would be to delete your account and never come back to this site but lets be real you been a member even longer than I have and in those 5-6 years you have stolen potentially hundreds of dollars worth of data from developers so please get off your soap box.
Fantasy Valley. Great art style, leaked within a day of every update, failed to build up a reputation big enough to justify the leaks, and the creator eventually developed burn out because he was working too hard at his real job and would then come home and work on his porno job that made him no money.
Sounds to me like a game developer burned out and didnt want to work on a porn game because he already had a job and his porn game didnt blow up like Summertime Saga so he couldnt afford to quit his day job. F95Zone has nothing to do with someone choosing not to pursue a giant workload.

Not wanting to hand out something I pay for in an attempt to ensure I keep getting the thing I pay for does not make me the bad guy here and there is nothing hypocritical about it. If I came into possession of a game or an update that I did not pay for I would upload it and provide a link if someone asked, however I support the patreon developers that I do and I have the common courtesy to not leak the updates since doing so threatens their livelihood. Your lack of empathy for other people is the issue here, not my desire to support someone who makes a product I enjoy.

And you lack the common understanding that people prefer to wait a bit for the update so the author can get paid and continue to work on it, but apparently wanting the game to last longer is virtue signaling. All you do is parrot the same shit that this is a pirate site, but there's a huge difference between wanting to pirate immediately and letting the developer get paid and then pirate. Did you by any chance reactivate your Subscribestar pledge recently? Because SS for some reason keeps subscribers in the total sub count oin the front page even if they have paid once and then stopped, so if you unpledge and then pledge again later, the total sub count stays the same. Since I saw the total sub count hadn't changed, I didn't bother logging in and check my messages. Sorry again.
