No, what you did is try to get someone to give you something for free by pressuring them into paying for a version that they may not actually want to pay for. What you did was thank someone with the back of your hand while holding your other hand out to beg for scraps. Your thanks were a thinly veiled, facetious attempt to get the extra version of the most recent update. You're greedy and ungrateful. If you want people to get the extra version and your logic is "Well you're saving money" then do it yourself. Screw N_Taii over, lower the quality of future updates due to less money available to spend on them. Be that guy. Unless you're willing to do that you should shut the fuck up and accept the generosity of others.
Where are you saying they're free? If you're including here you could very easily say "It's a piracy website, I can't stop it." and Valve should just not and move along. No matter what the case I think you should put them on Steam. They're finished, they're quality work, you should be able to make money off of them indefinitely.
