I understand that most people don't speak perfect english and i don't hold it against anyone, my concerns arised when people were casually giving answers to a question that my small monkey brain couldn't even comprehend.

the way it works is that there are multiple versions of the game, the 20$ patrons get a game version with the extra scenes, these versions have every extra scenes from the updates before
Everyone has already answered, but I use NTR choices in the saves because I assume that's what everyone wants to see, but there'll be one save before each ending so you don't have to replay the entire game, if you only want to see the happy ending etc...
Once you subscribe to the 20$ tier, you'll be able to download the "extra scenes" version of HC1, HC2, and HC3, with all the extra scenes already implemented. However, if you unsubscribe afterwards, you won't have access to any new extra scene I will add afterwards, because you won't be allowed to DL any new "extra scene" version of the new updates. I hope that makes sense?
That might be a bug, sorry. Sometimes, I forget to remove the glowing orb even though the freeroam event isn't there anymore.

I'm not sure about where i stand regarding new freeroam events for Rose, obviously i wanna see them as soon as possible cause we have finally reached the part where she's having sex with the Duke and freeroam events involving sex are the best kind of freeroam events, but on the other hand i really wanna see Rose after her first time, like how she's handling the fact that she's no longer a virgin and how she's slowly realising that she's gonna be having sex with the Duke MUCH more frequently from now on, stuff like that. I guess it's not really a big deal but seeing the stuff that i just talked about in Update 10 wouldn't really hit the same for me if Update 9 would be filled with freeroam events where she's being dicked down.
That makes sense, but how are the scenes actually worked into the game? Are they just extra things to view in the recollection room or are they built into the actual story/gameplay?
They're built into the story, although they're typically not relevant to the main story and feature secondary characters. Just to provide an example
