I seem to have missed Neyn and I can't find them anywhere in the masion or the outskirts. Did the game bug out or am I just stupid.

Could you give me more infos on how much you've progressed in the game? The only event where you have to find Neyn (that I can think of) is when you need to go to his shop at night. Once you're in the shop, there's supposed to be a glowing star indicating an event on one of the barrels. You should click on it to progress further.

By butler, you mean the MC (there are two butlers, Gary and MC, so I'm not sure which one^^)? If you mean GaryxEleonora, it isn't planned for the moment, but one of the endings might contain some scenes with both of them. For MCxEleonora, let's just say there's a non-NTR ending planned : )
Most of the game up to the ending will remain NTR though.

Yeah, I'm aiming at a story that has at least a bit of depth, not just a series of sex scenes with little to no context^^

Your argument in the developer's note is a little strange.

It's all up to the player's imagination. This might very well soften the NTR elements if you don't picture yourself as the MC who's being NTR'ed^^​

It IS called Main Character, because you as a player are playing this character. Therefore if there is no option for the MC I'm playing to act different than a beta bum, a vein on my forehead throbs almost to the point of bursting.
(Oh no, I am completely hopeless. Let's just see my wife get fucked by another man and do absolutely nothing but hoping to "stay married". Divorce, nah too hard. You call my wife bitch, cause she gets fucked by another man, fuck you! [Dude, why not throw her away!? Find another better "more resillient" woman? Or cuck someone else!?])

Additionally, even if I were to try and put myself into the big black bad wife-magnet (I like Netori, I hate Netorare), the "interesting" story would be too short and everything else building up for the MC and cucked wifey becomes completely irrelevant. I wouldn't have the motivation to play through all that if I as a player can't change the outcome. Might as well just read a story intstead of playing a "game".

99.9% unrelated:
btw. if you try to argument with "non-multiple-ending-games" like The Legend of Zelda or Final Fantasy or Assassin's Creed, they give you at least an illusion of control. That's why even though I like the Fire Emblem series, I hated the MC in Fates. I hate irrational incompetence. "Oh, a small provoke? => Emotional breakdown!" "Oh, I wasn't able to save that ONE friend because of not thinking through things first? => Emotional Breakdown!"
EVERY OTHER FIRE EMBLEM MC AND SIDE CHARACTER CAN USE HIS/HER BRAIN!! WHY YOU NOT!?!

The role of the MC in my story is reduced to the simple role of pawn made to advance through the story, his functions are reduced to the strict minimum. Some games even jump from a protagonist to another.
A game has a highly different atmosphere, and my game is more of an interactive story, at least that's what I'm aiming for. You are usually more invested in a game than you would be in a story, unless the narration sucks.

Unfortunately many humans can be as unbelievably narrowminded as in stories told. They (me too sometimes) will always try to stick with the one character they "worked on" and "got used to". It isn't that easy for a player to just switch your perspective like that.

I agree, and in many other games with a MC that shows a likeable personality, I wouldn't want to switch to someone else. However, it took me time, but I managed to do so in NTR games, and I'm trying to add elements that would ease this process (unavoidable NTR, little choice, MC already named, etc...). This helps feeling like you're just seeing a NTR story happening before your eyes, not being the one being NTR'd.

Yeah and sound. It can surprise you by how much it works, leaving enough for imagination, but also anchoring the scene enough. Also seems to work more with ntr, because imagination is usually a big part of it.
