So I haven't played this yet, based on the screenshots I'm getting the feeling this has primarily lesbian content, is that accurate?

Yea, it does have little more lesbian content than MC being with a male but you can avoid lesbian content or any content you don't like(it will make for a very short game).
Oh I don't dislike lesbian content, just it's not what I seek out primarily. If there's both then I'll play both, thanks for the answer !

I think I've been able to play without a single MF sexual interaction. It's been awhile since a Season 1 playthrough, however.

group sex is group sex. If only your lesbian sex is high, there will be lots with women. If only your hetero sex is high, group sex will include men. If they're both high, there will be lots of combinations.
