well have you know that you probably lost 80-90% of the incest lovers with that scene, and you most likely only gonna attract ppl who like ntr/swinging/cuckolding so you might wanna be upfront with what tags you gonna add, under your tags add a planned tag segment

Yeah, no.... This has to be some of the absolutely egregiously atrocious writing I've seen in a VN that was not MTL or some kinda obvious troll/joke.

in v0.2, just a few minutes into the intro, i thought the dialogue was "fixed"? what's a "jark"? why is please abbreviated? and "some buddy help"?

Thanks for the info now i can unwatch this thread.
Very concerning, I see that the dev will allow these types of scenes to be avoided, but we all know this can get messy. So I will avoid the game for now. Maybe come back in like 5 updates or something to look around. Just an FYI to the dev, we want the MC to score, no one else. If there is rape, we want the MC to be the one doing it. I see no sex tag, so I'm assuming the only sex scene is a rape scene. UNLESS you plan the game to be NTR and A lot of these types of scenes, then I'll back off and just avoid the game.
The mini game punching is a game killer, boring and endless with no sense as to it existing.

Seen this game in latest updates and didn't see a ntr tag so looked into it only to see under the changelog spoiler it says (added the option to disable ntr content) so I guess this thread needs the netorare tag if the game truly has ntr and people can avoid playing who don't like that content I would report it but don't want to download it and have a ntr game on my pc then take the time to hunt for the proof the mods would need for it to get the tag lol.

dont really matter any sexual scenes with other males then the mc = ignore for me.
even with the disable or avoidable in it, the is a few reason for that. just like this update no scenes for mc but only the rape scene witch means that alot of updates are going to be about other males having sexual scenes and while mc get nothing, also most games that have disable or avoidable in there game still tend to make it bleed through in the story, hence zero point in making it avoidable to begin with. i rarely see a game that can pull that off.
also even without the rape scene, the biggest problem this game has, is all of the dialog is some of the worst i have seen, they make no sense in most cases and the constant thought: dialog is ass.
while the is an audience for it, you will still lose most of the harem/incest lovers even with the disable.
and you will lose most of the ntr audience aswell since you will not make it for the main characters.
and if you do both witch means you will have to make progress in both routes every update or else you will lose ppl because they didten get any content that update.
but hey make the game you want and gl with it.

Yes, that’s perfectly fine. As a general rule, I don’t include certain types of scenes for the main characters—this does not affect the overall impact of the story, and all essential elements will still be presented as intended. My policy is to avoid interior or explicit scenes for main characters. However, I maintain separate tags and content specifically for side characters, allowing you to follow and enjoy their storylines fully. Rest assured, the main story will remain unchanged.
The side character content is simply connected to the main story—that’s all. These are not complete stories on their own; rather, they function as branches or extensions that tie into the main narrative.in future
Usually when a writer adds content they don't personally care for, that distaste comes through. Best not to add content you don't like, as the fans of that content will probably not think it's good enough.
Also, as odbpm mentioned, NTR always bleeds through into the non-NTR content. Renpy doesn't make it especially easy to completely isolate different parts of the story. Also, NTR and Harem fans have virtually zero overlap. Harem fans generally hate when NTR is added, even if optional, and NTR fans generally hate when NTR is only added as secondary content. Both sides will feel like they're being cheated, so you'll end up losing a lot more fans than you may gain.
One of the biggest complaints you'll get from both sides is about "wasted" dev time. For every NTR side story you add, harem fans will complain that you could have used that time to progress the main harem story. Likewise, NTR fans will complain that you're not spending enough time on the NTR stories. By trying to please everyone, you will fail to please anyone.
If you like harem, and dislike NTR, just focus on making a harem game that you'd like to play. There are tons of hardcore harem fans that will want to play your game if harem is the focus, but most of them will walk away if there is even a hint of NTR content. The most successful harem games tend to be those where only 1 dick exists. Look at some of the most successful harem titles, like Eternum, or Ripples, where the MC is the only guy getting any action.
edit: P.S. Another big issue for the harem fans, is that even if the NTR targets are just "side girls", if they're attractive and/or likeable, harem fans are going to be really angry that they aren't available for them. They'll see them as a wasted LI.
not to mention that the art style "cant remember what its called" is massively over used and far from living up to todays standard, all characters even with smaller changes still look like the same characters we have seen a thousand times.
and even if this game had the perfect conditions that would cater to incest fans or ntr fans it would never gain much support to begin with. the games with this art style that has come out the past year or so has like 100-300 followers but only a handfull of supporters.
