There are actual sex scenes in the game, and have been for awhile now. The biggest problem with the recent updates is they are all just content reworks, no forward progress. Every character gets 4 sessions, with some in between content mixed in. But by the end of every characters path, they have had sex with the MC.
*Edit: Just read the 0.9 update. Looks like forward progress is starting up again. Should be interesting to check out.
