These are the new Erin park events mentioned in the new changelog. Around halfway through the Erin femdom training, you can visit the park in the evening for some "dates" with Erin. I think there are around 4-5 scenes/events.

A quick Q please, I've reached the end by completing the last event for Cecilia, Sera, and Elena. The ending is always the same, nobles arrive to an idyllic town where Vi gives a tour. Is this because I was already so far down each route that I'm locked into a Harem ending regardless of who end I actually go through. Or is there just the 1 ending period.

That scene is the transition scene between chapter 2 and chapter 3, it's the same for all routes.

This is really the pinnacle of NTR writing. Like where do I even go after this? Nothing can top this. The way I feel about this story is almost the same as how I feel about my favorite non eroge stories/games. It lives rent free in my mind. The characters are excellent; they're layered, lovable and hilarious. The atmosphere / music choice is excellent, the overarching themes are absolutely perfect to explore for an NTR story. This is like avant garde NTR, everything else is so bare-bones compared to it.
I'm not even into Erin x Mars stuff sexually as it doesn't really get me going, but it is my favorite part of the game simply for how sweet and heartwarming it is. Erin can find healing and a semblance of purpose again through Mars, as Mars can find redemption for his past sins / all the hurt he's caused through helping heal Erin. Such a great juxtaposition of the main characters. It's like an antidote for all the pain this genre usually entails

Exactly, it's written by a guy who knows all the tropes of the genre and can spin them really well. Nothing comes close. Other game devs (even japanese) are comparatively afraid of diving too deep into the freak hole.
