Like I said everyone means something different by it, and writes whatever comes into his head. NTR is from the Japanese "netorare" which translates to "cheating", so you refuse to use the English word , but use the Japanese word which means the same thing.

If you're going to to make your argument based on the meaning of the word you really should use the meaning of the word rather than paraphrasing to fit your argument.
