This game has way too many limitations, which is a shame. Magician can break the sex barrier for Leris and gwent has sex with rogue and hawk even at high likeability. Others just drop purity and no scene if they're not low enough, which is boring.
There doesn't seem to be any way to watch only the Endings in full, so here's some saves for that. You start on Day 30, so sleep or do activities until Day 31, then exit your house to trigger the endings.

Save 19: 50% purity, mostly so you can see how the characters' portraits change.

So I might just be dumb, however the game refuses to run for me. I double click the .exe and nothing happens.
