Fantastic premise but with the game being abandoned it's a total loss I'm afraid.
1. A hero betrayed by his own team at the last moment.
2. A bad guy that spots this and reincarnates said hero.
3. A troubled kid who gets the hero reincarnated in his body after he ends up in a coma.
4. A social situation where the family may actually like the MC but be too scared to let those feelings develop.
These were interesting baseline concepts that drove the story to where it is and seeing the MC change that in his quest for vengeance was interesting. He was a hero to the kid who's body he reincarnated into for certain. Whether he wanted it or not.

It is really disheartening to see this game being abandoned, I really caught a fancy for this game. If there is another game with a similar storyline please let me know
