What do you mean? The game says the same stuff when you first get to the world map (that the Heroic ending requires a pure run and is not meant for the first time through). It's also not required to be the "second" virgin playthrough, but rather is suggested that you shouldn't try to go for the pure ending UNTIL your second (or later) playthrough.

What about this is "fake"?

There is no mention of a Heroic Ending the second time around in the World Map, It only mentions the complete Virgin playthrough for which you get the Clear Crystal and a special privilege.

Where did you download your version of the game and what patches did you download if any?

My version of the game shows 1.0 even though the download shows 1.04 and is from PixelDrain, I only downloaded Silentce Patch on Page 2.

The Heroic ending is the "completely virgin" (no raising lewdness or lowering level) end, and the "special privilege" is the item I mentioned that allows editing Milla's lewd stats. (You get a "Clear crystal" if you win against the Demon Lord, no matter what ending you get).

I'm using the same game you are. You don't HAVE to do the pure run on a second (New Game +) run, but it's significantly EASIER to do that way.

If it's all the same to you, you can just use the save file I am attaching (in a zip file), which has a pure LV 99 Milla standing right in front of the Demon Lord.

I managed to get an ending which is equivalent to or far better than the complete Virgin playthrough. I already have a pure Milia Save. This ending isn't the Heroic Princess Milia Ending. But thanks.

Cant be worse than Eventide, the translation in the Sankaku articles doesn't look like a MTL

Kind of wild this hasn't gotten an upload yet. The game looks good and the translation seems acceptable (checked a bunch of screenshots and there was only one with very wonky text).

And just as importantly, it's yet another chance to make a bloody MTL obsolete. The absolute scourge when looking for H-games to play.
