It is "voiced" in that there are voiced sound effects for the sex scenes. However, it isn't fully voiced acted (i.e. the dialogue isn't voiced, just moaning/orgasm sounds).
Build a jail and then defeat a heroine. Doing the H scenes weakens each heroine but you can't defeat a heroine via activating a h scene.

Where are the public baths? There is a building on the other side from massage parlor but it only skips time
Okay so for whoever else struggles to find it, its in the first half of the city left down to the second city entrance (theres a hot spring sign like java or something). For whatever the reason marker is invisible with the patch on and without it its just flying word "bath"

Thanks god I didn't listen to the reviews.
This game is awesome. Not in the sense of being that much of a good proper game, but it does work great as a porn game. Not as bad as the reviews were saying at all.

I feel like there are a ton of bugs
The heroine data starts out filled, and the guy who researches them has all the info if you talk to him, yet then goes and tells you the info like its new.
The girls are in the wrong outfits in many places.
I lost the first fight after using the catapult but got a H scene of the grunts fucking her as if we won, only to state you see we stand no chance. Scene was Combatant stage 1
Very confusing first few minutes that leave me thinking the game is totally broken.
