It's not mistagged, the site just refuses to split the ntr tag into appropriate variants, so anything in the category just gets the general "netorare" tag, even if the MC is the one doing the cucking or the other way around.

Kinda, but both cases are cheating. But from what I have understood the cheating tag is only if the MC has sexual encounters with others than the partner, so you're probably right, but it's not intuitive. If the tag was split, then people would know what they're stepping into and not have to debate about it like we are here.
She is dlc after finishing the game, new options/interact objects pops up in bedroom then u start her quest, u can do 3 areas/maps with 1 extra scene with each of the 3 heroines before fighting and capturing Ayano. Game don't seem to have a time limit or a proper real end after this and u can kinda like debug mode change if heroine is around, captured or already in ur party making it possible to see the 2 lazy different variations lols
While I wouldn't be as harsh as your review to this game, I'm sad to see this was so painfully generic and boring. There is no corruption, the first scene has the heroines fucking already. It's a damn shame.Imagine putting 5 star for this low effort hgame... Not to mention that it takes 2gb of space for such quality. It's like reading terrible quality manhua with awful plot and saying that it's peak
I had seen my share of great hgames which genuinely worth to waste a lot of hours. But looking at this kind of garbage, i simply think of it as reading really dissapointing manhwa, manhua or manga, while holding my head in regret. The more i waste my time on something like this, the more i feel regret and wrath. I want to see end of the work. No matter how bad it is in most of cases, to make proper judgement
