Guess I should have waited a bit - another hotfix at v0.302. Enlit calls it optional but I honestly don't agree with that, given it lets you change classes without delving into console commands for those that want to keep it fair, as well as a few crash and gameplay fixes:

Added new toggle "Show Verbose New Player Tips" under Options->Content that can disable the new "You may claim victory..." prompt
Added class change items to the Shop, they change character's class and reset picked level ups
Fixed a possible game crash when grabbing another character
Fixed the bouncing hair problem in loadout screen
Fixed Carrying opponent at 0 max HP causes lust damage build up
Fixed HUMILIATE grab camera not saved and not showing in the random grab generation weights
Fixed {TARGET.name} not working in custom TAUNTING dialogue

Going to make an updated list of cheats / mod commands here with the latest Enable Cheats command, for people who are searching. Many thanks Kuki Shinobu for your original list! I'll make an effort to keep this up to date as things change (in some versions commands have broken or moved, like Edging_forever) so please let me know if you spot anything in this list that needs updating.

First, type: cheat_cmds (updated v0.302); this will enable cheats. Then, here is the list of commands:
Is it definitely? I was testing it in v0.302 and stuff like give_all_exp works, but set_all_resolve still shows as 'Unknown Command' so I thought Resolve was an old stat from a previous build that got removed?
Works here. Are you sure you're just unzipping the folder and not doing anything else? You're not supposed to overwrite this over old install. If you have mods, you have to move mods to this new folder you made for 0.302
