If so then yes only the first character seems to be obtainable via recruting.
Thank you, so if there are two costume colors that I like, I will try to use the old version to defeat the opponent, then obtain the recruitment qualifications of the two characters, and then go back to the new version to recruit.

For some reason I've deleted my cheats txt and now I've forgot the code. Does anyone know how to enable cheats on ver 0.29? The "enable_cmds" doesn't work and I can't find any other in this forum.

Edit: nevermind, found it. It's "mod_cmds"

Just out of curiosity - why v0.29?

I could add previous version' codes to the guide, but I'm not sure how many people choose to play old versions vs. the current one so just depends if they're popular I guess!

Is there a tutorial for making new animations? I use Blender to animate and got the rigs from one of the animation packs in LoversLab but I can't for the life of me find documentation on how to add animations to the game. Especifically the JSON files

I have several edited json files to remove some animations and keep others, plus ten or so mods and I honestly don't want the hassle that comes with updating my game if there's no substantial additions to it (v0.30 adds taunts which I couldn't give less of a fuck about)

Are you referring to the default H animation? If so, could you provide the json file? I have also found a lot of them, but they cannot be deleted. Thank you. I will back up the json file in advance.

Changelog:
  • Added "Quick Save" option to Data for quickly save to currently used save slot
  • Added a confirmation popout when saving to a different save slot than currently used
  • Changed how "random_char_folder" works: instead of using char cards placed there to help with random outfit generation, placed cards there can appear as exhibition opponent exactly as in the card
  • Added "random_outfit_folder": same behavior as "random_char_folder" previously
  • Made the story matches until the end the Newbie Tournament easier
  • Added 6 new fights post the Newbie Tournament: against Claire, Anna, Diana, a random opponent, Wolfie and then Nya-Chan
  • Story mission now gives credits (a fairly large sum in total)
  • Moved the random_outfit_card folder from base" folder to "versus_mode"
  • Added a few more cards to random_outfit_card folder
  • Added mod folder source tracking for Outfits and Grabs. In Dresser/H-Lab, you can hover over the options to see which mod folder they are loaded from.
  • Removed Block + Dir key to initiate a dash because moving while blocking is now a possibility
  • Fixed expr_ko_face tongue problems
  • Fixed some bugs that caused low level AIs, level 1 and level 2 in particular, to be way better than intended
  • Fixed only 1 opponent is recruitable after winning a 2v2 exhibition match
  • Fixed loading save that has story dialogue at start could softlock the game
  • Emissive color is no longer randomized as it is more likely to generate very poor (although somewhat funny) result than good ones
Full update post:
This is a somewhat small HR2 that adds post Newbie Tournament story content. It includes 6 new fights: against Claire, Anna, Diana, a randomly generated opponent, Wolfie and then finally Nya-Chan.



A new feature in this patch is the ability to directly refer to the exported character cards as opponent. So for the 5 new non-rng generated opponents, you can find the character cards in the versus mode /random_char_folder/ folder.

Speaking of /random_char_cards/ folder, there has been a change on how those work. In previous versions, cards placed there will sometimes influence the randomly generated outfits of randomly generated character. That feature still exists, but the folder is located in versus_mode/random_outfit_cards/ folder.

Cards placed in the /random_char_cards/ folder may be selected for exhibition opponents. However, no randomization is done*. Whats include in the character card will be used exactly.

There are two things to note. First, exhibition missions have a level cap, so a low level mission will not select any of the characters with level that is too high. Secondly, if the level of the mission is above the level of the character, the character may get assigned randomly generate level ups.

There are a couple of quality of life features as well.

The first is the ability to quick save to currently used save slot:



Game will now ask for confirmation when saving to a different save slot:

These 2 features together should reduce the amount of "I overwrote my save" complaints.

The game now tracks which (mod) folder Grabs and Outfits are from, to make it easier to manage for players with lots of mods.

I mean, I've removed some of them based on my own liking so I don't see how giving it to you helps in any way... It's better if you learn how to do it yourself, it's not that difficult.

Thank you very much for your answer. I am now using the cheat function, which can block part of the animation. Only some animations will be randomly generated during the opponent's type of form transformation.

Regarding NPC: Lucia, why do you need to wait 60 seconds before you can attack after activating a skill? It is easy to be defeated by the opponent during these 60 seconds. Is there any way to act immediately after Lucia changes her gender?

So I was looking at this and noticed that the grappler class apparently is not a valid class ID and decided to check the files directly to see what the ID actually was. Turns out there's no grappler class listed at all to even begin with apparently on my version and I spent fifteen minutes trying to figure it out for nothing.

Thanks for the heads up! The info is from Arctif's post here, so they may know more about what's changed - perhaps Grappler was a thing in v0.301 and removed in v0.31?

Also is there a command or way to add the grab ability to characters? I've got one that's outright just missing it
There are many ways, I will give you a few examples
1. Buy wrestling costumes in the store, some costumes will randomly increase the grabbing ability.
2. When selecting cards for level upgrade, choose the card with grabbing ability.
(The above is the normal acquisition channel, the abnormal channel is, you can modify it by modifying json)
1. Replace the skills of the Grappler profession, that is, delete the skills of grabbing ability, and paste the skills to the general tree. The general tree is just a name. First, you need to understand which skill cards will appear for all characters, then the bottom of that skill card must be universal, and you can achieve this by cutting the skills to the bottom of the skills. Then all professions can use Grappler's grabbing ability, game_datas_talent_trees.json
2. Change the HP2% of the wrestling costume to the grabbing ability. This can customize how much grab value: item_datas_equipment.json
(Tip: First back up the JSON you want to modify to avoid irreversible errors.)

Is there a way to disable the error messages about mods having issues when the game boots? I get like 30 despite everything working fine and its really annoying.
