Edit: Of course, there is no Dwayne Johnson, but the MC's default name is Wayne, which is close enough. But, there is still hope. The Fast and The Furious starts out as illegal street racing movie, that turns into action, spy shit and saving the world, the whole shebang.

Doubt it, but he isn't a racer, Dominic Toretto aka Vin Diesel should be in it and beat the MC and get his girl as price...
