I'll be honest, the tags on this one have me just a little wary
Would the ones I'm not exactly into be avoidable, or do you play through all of them?

The style of this visual novel is not typical. There is no real woman-of-interest. It's impossible to feel cucked. It's more like a series of comedy skits. You save at every choice, then go back to that save when the skit ends and choose a different option. There's no real story, just enough to give you an idea of what's happening. And when a scene comes up with a bunch of guys having an orgy or a girl growing a dick, it's not meant to be erotic. It's all in good humor. It won't make you feel emasculated or anything. Don't go into this game with the mindset that you're beginning a journey or something. It's just a fun way to kill a few hours.
Am I missing something or did this end in the exact same place as last time? Maybe I am supposed to wish fore the stupid stuff and follow those routes?
I haven't played the new version, I am still on v.36.
Downloaded the new one today and I plan on playing it tomorrow. I will let you know what I come up with.

This game is good. It's not good pornography, and it's quite short (30 min), but it's actually really funny. You can't say that about almost any other game on the site. It is funny.

That's exactly what you're supposed to do. The game ends at the end of the day no matter what you choose. You will not have a heartwarming conclusion or feel any sort of closure. It's not about the story. Again, think skit comedy. Just save at every choice, and then go back to it when the day ends. Sometimes there's 4-5 choices in a branch so you have to save at each one in a different save slot (1,2,3,4,5), then backtrack step by step (5,4,3,2,1) until you've exhausted all the options at each choice, which sounds tedious but it's really not once you get going. Just saving/loading every 10-15 minutes which only takes a couple of seconds. If you just run through it without saving/reloading (effectively only doing 1 single branch out of 30 possibilities), you're missing about 2 hours of content at least.
The new additions for v0.58 were:
1.) making Bruno more feminine
2.) make the girl in the library see you as an equal
3.) knowing more about the brunette in your class. (Brooke?)
... I honestly don't remember any of their names or the exact choices even though I just played this through Monday, because this isn't that kind of game.
I've noticed this alot on F95, with comedy titles. People have a hard time getting in the mindset for pure comedy games (in the style of Blazing Saddles, Hot Shots, or Naked Gun). They go in expecting an incest drama. Teacher's Pets is the only one that has a big following, and that's not really pure comedy. That's more like a generic title with comedic elements (like 50 First Dates, Sixteen Candles, Clerks). I just don't think the genre translates well to erotic games, but I enjoy them.

Good amount of content through several paths that include all kinds of sexual possibilities. A taken with a grain of salt game with good humor.

This last update (0.72) is one of the better ones in my opinion. It's nice to see Tony getting a few much-deserved romantic happy endings. Some endings also opened up the possibility of the game branching out much more than previously anticipated (by the lamp exchanging hands).
