Hello, I want to ask again. So I got the quest that need to talk to angela about her Past, Present and Future. I already done that, but the quest still stuck in there. When I tried to talk to her again, It told me that I already done that.

How to clear this quest?

There are bugs here & there. Just hope that the later ver(s) fixes yours. Or you can restart a new game all over again.

PS: Another way is find some1 else save game file that completed that quest

But the bug can also be created by the cheat mods because there not up to date! So stop ask stupid questions that we already know and is being asked here on the topic. This was one of the coolest games in here, I got caught up with the narrative. It's been a while since smokey sent the last news. People started pulling out support on his patreon page.
I really hope his just tired or something, though, and decide to come back. But I can't avoid to get worried and worried thinking about other possibilities
