Update: I checked the files and I think we get a traceback since there is nothing for Pei except the night club even with Alice

from now on my android ports of Ren'Py games have a 2nd, persistent save location like windows. if you uninstall an app, the save files and persistent data remain intact.
therefore the app needs the permission to access the public external storage, because it has to read and write outside its own external storage directories.
you have to grant the permission or the app is shut down.

Cause I feel well and truly confused with how it is laid out and explained cause it seems to me to be all over the place, and gives no indications or hints about the start of the game at all so I'm thoroughly confused about how to get the most out of the game.

Just talk to everyone you can to raise relationship stats at work and at home, work at your desk in the office and laptop when at home. As the stats rise, the game opens up from there

Stuck in an animation loop in the bedroom with Alice (after second date). Nothing to do but roll back and do something else.
Tried to make a move in the car instead (as I did on the first date), got ScriptError: could not find label 'alice_club_lambo_repeat'.
Rolled back and went home.
