52 Study Points says you had a Very Hard semester. Be aware that when a new semester rolls around, save-scumming until you get Easy can be a good way to go, unless you're going for the Back-To-Back Bummer Achievement, of course. It *can* be done, but it's a drag, for sure.
I got the same thing, Happens when I start new game, When I press ignore it lets game start until I reach part where she leaves the train, then a new error appears and when I press ignore it sends back to the main menu.

Download the new build from Mega, please. That was occurring on the old build from 10/14.
so at some point i can't proceed because the MC needs to go to work, but when i go to the School Office location nothing happens.. i went to every single location and can't do anything because she keeps repeating she needs to be at work and can't miss that..

Can you pop over to our Discord to the Help channel and reach out to our Dev? That would probably be best. My sense is that you missed a class event the day prior to this somehow--if you have a save from, like, the day before, that might be the best way forward, honestly.

Bottom line: this used to be a known bug back in the day, but we were pretty sure we nailed that first week down. People were staying up really late and doing bizarre things with the MC to break her routine week one. If this is an older copy of the game, that might make sense. But if you did it with 1.4, you win the prize, because we honestly don't know how you'd manage to do that, and we'd love to have detailed instructions on how to replicate the bug, so that we can fix it.

I am really sorry you are having these problems. I literally just now went to the Mega link on the OP, downloaded that file (v1.4A), opened it, and ran it, and it started just fine for me. Could you please come to our Discord, so that I (the writer/illustrator) don't have to try and do tech support, but you can actually talk to our Dev, if you continue having problems? Can you confirm that you have version 1.4A?
