first of all this isn't a porn game so not a good idea to be expecting sex scene in every update. They come as they make sense to the dev and not because of some standard players have that it needs to be in every update.

Second it was just a rework of the Suzi stuff so no real new content other than that

I think Emma fits nicely into the classic damsel in distress trope.


There's a stalker after her, and she needs protection, needs help . . . She already has protection, and that has led to some romantic tension.

But probably something more dramatic needs to happen to push the romance forward, and to make the romance acceptable to her mother.

Emma has already been in several damsel in distress moments where she has been rescued.

So I think we can expect another big one.

For example, the stalker captures Emma, kidnaps her, ties her up, beats her, the same kind of thing that once happened to her mother but no rape, and after quite a bit of drama and danger, the MC rescues her, and she's still a virgin.

Saving her leads to romance and acceptance of their romance by all.

I don't think it should be too difficult to develop a romance with her. It's a classic plot line.

Yes, that's pretty much what it means. The existing content has been revised - in this instance, some additional scenes added in, or existing scenes updated.

I didn't say that something physical would happen, but as with the post I was replying to, the event is likely going to be a device that starts to move Emma towards seeing that kind of relationship as something that might be more than something that she shouldn't be imagining.

The physical line isn't going to be crossed anytime soon, especially because Emma herself can barely conceive of the notion as something that could/should happen.

I'm saying that events at her nineteenth birthday will likely cause her attitude to shift somewhat in that direction - a necessary precondition to the actual crossing of the boundary of physical intimacy. Her heart and mind need to get there before her body does.

You are probably trying to load an old save. With the game rework in v0.16.2 you must start a new game

Played some more and I gotta say, the narrator in this game is a huge perv!

Only shows up during lewd scenes, whereas the game is generally narrated through characters' dialogue and thoughts.

One possible way forward would be for all three to be sitting together, watching TV or something, and the MC and the mom gang up on Emma - either to tickle her, or to spank her playfully. MC: "I'll hold; you spank." Harmless, innocent, but sets the stage for further 'progress'.

I feel like the dynamic you describe would push the MC/Charlotte story along. It puts MC and Charlotte on an equal plane in a family hierarchy and has MC "co-parenting" Emma in Charlotte's eyes. Charlotte seeing MC as a suitable father figure for the girls is part of the progress towards Charlotte completely tearing down her walls and embracing a future with MC.

To move the Emma story forward, Emma has to see herself as an adult who is capable of entering into a physical relationship and to see MC as something separate from her own family structure (I'd bet that Emma having some kind of early professional success with Valentini will help move Emma towards seeing herself as having agency separate from her role in the Lloyd family dynamic). MC can remain a guardian/protector type, but things like you describe that involve Charlotte put MC in a father role. If Emma sees MC as her dad, then that's a sign you're chugging along on the Charlotte path.

If you're suggesting something else, that's not going to happen because it basically would put a bullet in the head of most revenue streams for the developer moving forward (not to mention that developer has been crystal clear that Hillside isn't *that* kind of game).
