i feel like this update is a massive overcorrection.
killing off the queen? i absolutely hate it. alex doing the deed just salts the wound. having her do that makes me write her off as well so it's 2 love interests gone in a single update. i don't think such a massive tone shift was what the story needed. luckly alex didn't become a protagonist cause if this turned into a multiprotag game i would've dropped it regardless of how much i like it.

Kabuki_ , your updates have always been a decent size, and I appreciate how consistent you are with them! other games seem to take half a year for their updates, and honestly they are not even that large usually. please take as much rest as you need, and keep up the good work!

As for the story, its a shame the queen is gone since she was really hot - but its your game and your vision! in terms of making alex playable, my thoughts are to keep her as a NPC/love interest and have herfall in love with the MC, which seems to be where its going? although she does get jealous.

as for bugs: when talking to maia about reham calling you "master", the MC says he promised not to touch her like that. this isn't true - feels like text could be changed here. Also, some scenes in the gallery (lilke Diana anal) seem to get stuck, since the scene gets extended into dialogue with Maia, that you need to press Esc in order to exit the replay. nothing major!

If she died then I don't think the Queen was supposed to be a love interest, imo there's nothing in the game that could hint she was a love interest.

As for Alex, she will be a "playable character" at some point, the dev made a poll some time ago and patrons voted for her to be one.

the queen has 2 full length scenes it would be normal to assume that she was in fact a love interest.

I don't know what the added value is of seeing Alex having sex with people who aren't the MC.
Seeing how closed off and shy she gets around the MC, I'm not even sure I can imagine her having sex with anyone.
Personally, I much prefer the story to continue with Alex finding her way back to the MC, the last man she felt relatively safe with.
