I find it hilarious that under every NTR game there are more people complaining about logistics of what makes thing NTR than there are people talking about the game. This is funny to me cause sometimes I think that there is a Freudian reason for when the person complains that something "Isn't NTR" enough for them.
So let me drop this statement into this thought cabinet: NTR, netorare specifically is more about either sexual jealousy or emotional neglect. Like for the reader it should invoke the feeling of wrongness in the act, while the "protagonist" does not need essentially to feel the same. There are lots of Mom NTR that more about mother starting to neglect their child for sexual pleasure than there are about a child having sexual attraction to their mother. Like the one, dont remember the name, where the child is literally emotionally and later financially abandoned by his mother after she gets together with her new fuckbuddy. I assume something like that will be in this game.
As for the game itself, solid "Its a game" for now. If you make NTR, you better make it good, cause you can't ride on the genre alone. it is a very cliche, oversaturated genre that has so much trash in it that only survives on closet cucks who would forgive any lack of player input or good art simply because they want their kick. Art in this game looks good, but as it is right it is too early to judge. So good luck to the dev.

As a reader, I completely agree that NTR isn't always about the main character's emotions, but how I personally feel. It can be tough to watch NTR material without feeling a sense of betrayal and wrongdoing. I think a lot of people have a natural inclination towards monogamy and faithfulness in relationships, but that's exactly why NTR is a turn-on, being a taboo.
Some people like short NTR stories that get right to the point, and some like long stories with character investment.
As for the game, I think it's difficult to come up with an original way to start an NTR story, unless you approach it from a unique angle. However, the game does seem to have potential and the artwork is nice. I'll be keeping an eye out for updates!

The protagonist HAS to be written in a way that shows his jealousy/neglect etc, even if it's a gradual thing and not like that from the start. Otherwise you'd have dumbos asking for ntr tag in shit like a brothel management game, with a pimp not giving a fuck about his whores (not that it's not happening already). Of course if the character in game is written that way, the reader will also feel the wrongness of the act.

Coming up with unique NTR stories is not that difficult because honestly everyone uses the same cliches to the point where everything else seem fresh in comparison. Like, I remember the doujin where the girl cheats on the guy, then breaks up with him after she admits that she cheated on him. Twist? The guy is sad, but takes it rather well and walks off with some pride left (imagine not becoming a cuck in an NTR doujin) and when the girl tries to get together with the bull he replies with basic "I was never serious about this relationship", which completely breaks the girl. I dont remember the ending specifically, since its been a long time, but the girl either sexually assaults the bull of her ex-boyfriend in the park, boyfriend sees him and there is no sadness or regret in his eyes, only pure disgust. You see, this sounds generic as hell, but on NTR market is a godsend because almost nobody does it.
As for the art, this game looks good but I am always skeptical with NTR art. Because, despite what people say about "NTR art being superior" unless it is 1-2 page combo on some guy's patreon most of the time it is as generic as vanilla or sometimes worse. Like shit you not, there is a doujin artist who draws the same bloody doujin again and again: same character designs, same poses, same story, sometimes it even seems that it is the same panel layout. I just hope that the dev will not fall under the same slope, but so far their game looks good. I am not a fan, but my honest opinion this looks better than majority of RPGM NTRs that all look the same.

I can see where you're coming from about the cliches in NTR stories, and it's definitely true that many creators rely on them a little too heavily. But I still think that because of the vast amount of NTR content, it's not an easy task to come up with something unique, especially at the beginning of the story.
As for the art in this particular game, I'm not really sure what to say. I think it looks good, but I understand why you might be skeptical of NTR art in general. It can definitely be hit or miss. All I can say is that I hope the creator of this game continues to put effort into their work.
I'm not sure, but there were some issues with the rollback in patch 0.3. I haven't tested it in 0.32. But if it's necessary, I'll check it out in the next update and try to bring it back.
