The game is actually quite plot/lore heavy especially in the later half of the game, but yeah Jake will not be dumped out of the story from every sign thats been put out there. Not saying there won't be some drama, but Aki and Jake will both likely be involved and happy by the end. A bit of speculation from me, but it's worth really reading everything in this game, there are a lot of hints dropped about future plans and events

Jake becoming a futa is prob for the best in the sense that more people will be fine with a futa being in scenes cause sexy over a guy, scenes with males are already a minority. So jake can possibly get more content that way and be less sidelined.

Currently extracting, according to the previous posts Ch 6.5 should have less scene wise but more on the lore side. So far I enjoyed the lore.

It is not disjointed. Scenes are chapter dependent and follow a set order. You do have the choice of viewing some scenes before the others.
Otherwise the only "optional" content is just observing how people around you behave. All scenes concerning the protagonist and the lore are shown.

Very minor image quality drop. Honestly, it's probably not noticeable to most people. Otherwise it's 100% the same.

I'm just starting but so far I'm digging this bigtime. I don't know what it is about this game, the art, the storytelling, the characters, but I just adore it! There's something about it that just feels right.

So this happens on joiplay with the compressed PC version. Tried deleting and reinstalling, still happens.
