To unlock other character skins you need to open HoleDweller folder in %Appdata%/Local directory and then create a file and name it patch.txt and that's it

Oh. It's a really nice color pallet with a simple but effective design. It's my favorite in the game. Thought it might be from a game or something. Guess it's... sort of from Hole Dwellers if it's "based on" their OC. Solid designs all around in general.
I'm pretty sure you can download them yourself using SteamCMD or this website below
Oh okay I should've expected this, some games on Steam let you download workshop mods even if you don't own the license for said games but this one apparently does not do that. I have downloaded all 10 mods that are on Steam Workshop but I didn't manage to get them working, mods should go in AppData\Local\HoleDweller\mods directory ( mods are named after character names ingame to prevent confusion if you ever tried to just put the mod ID folders directly in there ) as explained in modding starter pack .txt file, if you can get them working yourself I'm sure others would appreciate if you let us all know how to do it correctly
Yep unfortunately same outcome here, I tried my best way to make it work but to no avail, maybe the dev knows how to make it work?
It seems like I have randomly just found out how to ACTUALLY use these mods lol, if you use cheats, pick up first character from plain grass field onboard, buy the drill and all rainbow parts then do the drilling minigame for a minute or two until you unlock all the special stuff so you can get Prismatic Apple and use it on somebody to check if you got mods working, it seems to work for me both on Steam and non Steam version
I tried following your way but it didn't work, I even tried starting new saves but that didn't work aswell
Did you install the mods correctly though? e.g if you want that most recent Loona addon you first check what mod ID it has in it's Steam url which would be 3484641658, then you open folder that is named as just that and inside find two subfolders called Null_Thigh8673 and Zaria_Thigh8673 which indicates that this reskin can be used on either Null or Zaria character, you then only take these two subfolders and copy paste them into that earlier mentioned mods folder in AppData/Local/HoleDweller user directory. If you actually did it like this before and yet it still doesn't work I'm not sure what's going on here because it did work for me somehow
