Thanks..yeah I initially did read it but I only deleted the file from app data folder not from saves folder and hence this didn't work for me, my bad.

Thanks this saved my game, I managed to get rid of the persistent file and the automatic saves. i was however able to keep my normal saves and to resume my game

When you start a new game, you can choose some options. One of this options is the tits size. Choose the smallest tits of the options.

Does not affect breast size, it acts as a filter who is likely to start on the island.

Different chest sizes would involve redoing almost all 11.5k renders in the game for each different size (each would take about 2900 hours in render time or just over two work years for a single person)
