It doesn't have to be by sending/inviting. There could be a different storyline. With the pains Darkhound takes to ensure old saves remain usable I somehow doubt he would force a startover twice in a row.

To make you all happy, you will get the arrival scene even though Yumiko is already on the island. Alas, I am on a very limited fixed income and as much as I would like to support darkhound1, it isn't in the cards or budget. No worries, I've waited this long, I can wait a bit longer.
Is there anybody getting blurred images or is it just me. I have a high end pc & graphic card. Any info would be helpful because the inages really bother my eyes. Thanks in advance.

Try to switch the sofware renderer using <SHIFT+g>
There are a number of choices. You should:
1) Save the game right where you are seeing blurry images,
2) Use <SHIFT + g> to see the menu and change the setting,
3) Restart the game and reload your game, see if the images are still blurry,
4) Reset the graphics settings to the next option,
5) Restart the game, reloading again and evaluating the image,
6) Try the rest of the setting, restarting each time and evaluating the images,
7) Pick the best setting.

You'd become a rich wellness guru if you ever revealed to the world what patience exercises you use (to tolerate the internet in general and to take a totally non-representative and random example without any names mentioned at all this forums attitude to restarting in early access games and/or 100% completionist behavior).

I will politely disagree with that, high class escort can but does not need to involve sex.
- Aly won't do sex in connection to it. No reason to assume she means escort as in prostiute for sex. Likely her escorting is social or trophy, she rents herself out for escort. She is young and has the looks, so she still have options an older person would not have (in that business, age is a killer)
- Amy it is unknown what sort of escorting she does. But we do know that when she is in the mood theres is a happy ending. Considering she is (a) a sexual predator (b) has extreme sex drive and (c) is attractive enough to belong to those that can sort in their clients, a happy ending is almost a given outcome regardless of which type she chooses to do.
- Yvette given her low sex partner count (ex. a prostitute, would hit that in a day or two at most) is a Glamour model as she says, right down to including the "business" problems those often have with adding or being pressured to add sex escort to some of their engagements.
So short of introducing the concept that the girls can lie in the game (so far not possible as far as we know, they are absolute truthful) it seems reasonable enough to assume some differentiation (both types do exist in real life and are called the same, so the term is correct enough) or creative license (Darkhound decides).

Hotshots gives us a lot of info about the girls, but we are also supposed to be able to guess the answers from what we know about the girls. While Aly is busty, she also seems to have a high moral code. If the answer were Street Walker, but she just walks, nothing else, it would be misleading to the person guessing.
Also, with only 4 boyfriends, does it seem reasonable that she would agree to date men for money, even without sex? Also, why do it since she would not have made much money as an escort without the sex.
It rarely comes up anyway; so not essential, but I suggest that Darkhound1 delete the High Class Escort part of the answer as it is out of character or misleading.
And as always, it's his decision.

Originally, as I read all the posts about the validity of the girls' background, I was thinking who cares. C'mon we're in an unrealistic scenario of being the only guy on an island of beautiful women (that we can populate as we choose with active roster moves) that sleep with us, are willing to encourage us to sleep with other girls and for the most part are at our beck and call.
