Thx very much darkhound1!:giggle: now i have got the missing pic! And i was already thinking that it was a pic from the photo studio because of the bright background and Jennifer wearing denim... it looked like it was the changing room at the photo studio :cool: but still there wasnt a chance for me to trigger that again after the quest was finished...
so that console code is not for specific sexting pictures but for the message from which you get a specific picture, good to know (y) thx again for that and the whole game

Version 0.3.0 beta - development news (updated 08. of February 2021)

Hi guys and gals, this post offers you a collection of news about the next full version of Holiday Island (0.3.0 beta).

The change log below is based on the beta 0.2.3.0 release.​
The next main release is 0.3.0 beta which will be a new full update for Windows, Linux and Mac. It will include a lot of new features and some bug fixes as well.​
As of right now, the update from 0.2.3.0 to 0.3.0 has:
518 additional renders, videos or sound files
48 updated renders​

New features and content
  • Aly gets a photo studio event where she poses in high boots --> still working on it
  • Yvette gets another appointment at the beach during sunset --> still working on it
  • Yvette gets an event where she visits the MC in the underground lab --> still working on it
  • Miriam gets a scene in the MC's room inside the underground lab where she brings him some clothes --> still working on it
  • Mc gets basic actions (like nap, watch tv, read, etc.) for the lab player room --> still working on it
  • Functionality to send messages to the girls and receive their replies has been added --> will be part of 0.3.0.0
  • Sara, the second new characters, gets a scene where she shows the MC to his room in the lab facility and you learn some more about her background --> will be part of 0.3.0.0
  • Renée gets web search pictures themed "busty escorts" --> will be part of 0.3.0.0
  • Amy gets web search pictures themed "car calendar" --> will be part of 0.3.0.0
  • Daniela, one of the new characters, gets a scene where the MC gets an MRI and is examined and treated by the doctor --> will be part of 0.3.0.0
  • We finally get access to the secret research lab, where two new special characters are introduced --> will be part of 0.3.0.0
  • Alice gets a quest for some new lingerie, some sexting images and a new achievement --> will be part of 0.3.0.0
  • Yvette gets a quest for some new lingerie, some sexting images and a new achievement --> will be part of 0.3.0.0
  • The MC gets an X-Ray at the doctor's office, Miriam provides some distraction, and permission to enter the secret underground lab is granted --> will be part of 0.3.0.0
  • A new scene when the MC jogs at the beach and hurts himself will be added. It's a scene with Miriam that leads to the discovery of the underground lab --> will be part of 0.3.0.0
  • Desire gets a new arrival scene that replaces the old one --> will be part of 0.3.0.0
  • Yvette's pole dance scene has been completely redone with high res images. It has two achievements now and is completely non generic --> will be part of 0.3.0.0
  • Aly gets a random event in her room with three achievements, that involves different cosplays and some intimate actions --> will be part of 0.3.0.0
  • A new special action (pose butt) has been added for Amy, Alice and Jessica. More character will follow later --> will be part of 0.3.0.0
  • Natasha gets a second arrival scene with a new "on the plane" story and some additional renders --> will be part of 0.3.0.0
  • Natasha's arrival scene has been re-rendered in 2560x1440 and some new images have been added. The dialogue is now also completely different between the first and later arrival scenes --> will be part of 0.3.0.0
  • Yvette gets a new scene when she's standing in her door wearing just a towel --> will be part of 0.3.0.0
  • Alice gets and additional strength training appointment that is repeatable --> will be part of 0.3.0.0
  • Alice's event where she's struggling with the weights at the gym has been completely remade. There is also an achievement now --> will be part of 0.3.0.0
  • Alice will get an update for her strength training appointments. All images will be re-rendered in 2560x1440 webp format --> will be part of 0.3.0.0
Minor improvements and changes
  • You get the option to do a web search for a girl and theme, once you have obtained the information. Each web search theme is listed as an event in the girl's achievements --> will be part of 0.3.0.0
  • You get access to the girls' profile pages through your phone. That's the one with the about section and the four preview images on the right --> will be part of 0.3.0.0
  • The girls' phone preview picture can be changed directly from the new overview screen --> will be part of 0.3.0.0
  • You can remove the gap between the picture frames in the new player room now --> will be part of 0.3.0.0
  • Image quality when special actions like groping etc. are shown on the phone has been improved --> will be part of 0.3.0.0
  • Natasha gets two new sexting and three new dream images --> will be part of 0.3.0.0
  • The phone gets a new character overview screen with more information and direct (1 click) access to all girl related data and achievements --> will be part of 0.3.0.0
Bug fixes
  • When you already have an appointment for the next day and stay up until after 02:00, none of the actions in the player room is useable --> will be fixed with 0.3.0.0
  • When the doctor is talking, sometimes a wrong name is displayed --> will be fixed with 0.3.0.0

Is the update going to break save games?

0.2.3.2 beta --> Save games from 0.0.8 and later can still be used. Earlier saves are no longer supported.
0.3.0.0 beta --> same as for 0.2.3.2​

Estimated release dates:

0.3.0.0 beta --> no idea yet​

Hi everyone !
I've got a question (maybe stupid) about Mac update version.
How to update a game ? Do I have to re-export all the files into the App, but I will loose my saves...?
How is it working for a Mac user ? If anyone can help me...

I don't know much about Mac, but it would help if you would tell us what version you are trying to upgrade from. The last new release/full update was v.0.2.3.0 and then there was an incremental/bugfix release v.0.2.3.2. That's a two part update depending on which version you are trying to update from. More details can be found on the developer's Patreon page:

I want to update to v.0.2.3.2 from v.0.2.3.0.
However, it seems there is no Mac dedicated update and there is no full version of v.0.2.3.2, only update as I said previously...

Did you see these links on the developer's page at the link I included before?

Remember v.0.2.3.2 is an incremental update, not a stand alone update. In other words you must have a Full version of 0.2.3.0 installed first.

That's what I've done. And I've got first the full version of 0.2.3.0.
But by replacing the files of the v.02.3.2 zip, the game has crashed...
So I'm trying to find where my saves of Holidays Island are stocked on the Mac...

As I said I am not that familiar with Mac. However I do know how to use the 'Search' function for this thread in the upper right of your screen. 'Saves for Mac' returns a long list, but two are quite informative.

Ok, I solved my issue... Probably a wrong cut / paste...
It's working and I succeeded to upgrade to v.0.2.3.2 without losing my saves ;)
