maybe he'll get like a mini-hulk-out power like what Mercedes and Miriam have.

either that or they're developing something beyond the skimpy bikini, a deadly micro-bikini with which Joy will conquer the world :eek:

I believe the number of achievements are a main component of which Tier a girl is in, more so than popularity.

You'll notice -
​
Tier 1 = 50+ achievements​
Tier 2 = 30 - 49 achievements​
Tier 3 = <30 achievements.​

Popularity of the girls is impacted by polls on the developer's Patreon page. I'm sure you remember this pic/render showing the results of a poll from a few years back.

Other polls like the one recently between Brenda and Delizia, are a way for patrons to provide feedback as to who they wanted to see get some new content. I guess that is where we may have to agree to disagree as I think the polls on his Patreon page should take precedence over the free F95Zone thread.

Somewhere, way back within this thread or on his Patreon page, Darkhound1 mentioned that HI was more a means of showcasing his artistic talents than a means of revenue or a project that has a specific end. I may be wrong, but I view that as a statement, that as long he finds his artwork and the challenge of developing HI interesting and challenging the game will go on.

I just wonder to what degree being a Tier 3 girl is self-perpetuating. Less content means there is less of a point of these girls being on the island and therefore less interest which in turn leads to less popularity in polls. Maybe if, say, Renee got a huge update, she'd get a huge following all of a sudden as well.

One poll was done back in 2018.
The tiers will not change any time soon.

Not sure what you are implying but in any case, a tier 3 girl can't be promoted to tier 1 or 2, unless I'm mistake.
