I believe that content Addon 2 was for version 0.08. Version 0.09 has all new files. However previous 'Saves' from 0.07 and 0.08 will work.

Yes, exactly. 0.0.9 includes everything from 0.0.8 (with content addon2) plus new stuff from 0.0.9.
So it's not necessary to use content addon2 on 0.0.9, because it's already included.

Yes it was, as DH noted a few posts above yours. You only need 0.0.9
