It was more of a stimulus-response thing. after I'm not even sure how many days of insomnia. After one of those I always come to having left increasingly aspergerish comments all over the internet.
One time I woke up with Washington Post subscription, a full year, apparently for the sole purpose of doing so. Or that's as close as I can guess. Having literally never read a single headline from that paper at any point in my life before or since.
