Sexual stimulation is sexual relations, it's not sex AND don't have to have sex to have them nor have sex to Cheat.
Cheating is Cheating and gender won't change anything, no matter what kinks people prefer.

I understand that it's fantasy, but if the game offers the muscle growth fetish and there are even preferences to choose from at the start of the game, it's nice to see more muscle content and bigger muscles.

In fact, something that saddens me is that Sara was initially very excited about being more muscular and being like Miriam, but we haven't seen much more of that.

I don't know how to complete this. I scheduled a meeting at 19 GMT. She was there at beach. Walked and she posed. Nothing happened. That quest still not completed yet. Can someone suggest how to complete this

There are a number of routes while walking on the beach. Try all of them. It also helps when there is nobody else on the beach.

Visit Yvette in her romm in the the afternoon and ask her for a beach walk.
The dialogue option when you visit Yvette is specific about a "night walk on the beach".
