Anyone else noticing that you can get a perk in v0.5.0.0 depending on the opening preferences you state? I'm curious as to whether multiple such perks exist.

I have found three so far: you get a bonus to Charm/Endurance if you pick those two as your first stats (no matter the order), you get a bonus to Strength/Endurance if you pick those (again, no matter the order), and you get Charm/Looks if you pick all your girls' preferences to match Yvette as your starting girl (short-stack lover ^^ ).

Thanks a lot for the thorough reply! Something must have been changed in the code along the way, because I clearly remember older versions showing the progress right from day one after the first successful charm conversation. Duly noted!

You're welcome, and I can add that I had forgotten all about its inner workings myself.

Maybe we could tempt Darkhound to add the steps as a small entry in the quest log for new games, which would also have the virtue of making players aware that it can be earned (and where to see the unlocked info)

It's not a bug and nothing has been changed. You need to wait until GameDay 15 at least, then talk to the nurse about the subdermal implant again.

You can use the Companions Mod to change MC's Name etc...

Generic error, the image is there.
Usually one of three causes

• Using an unofficial and/or Compressed version
  • Download the full version from the developers page
• Old Graphics drivers
  • Update them
• Rare errors during download
  • Download the full version from the developers page again

Putting the attached file in the location listed (create the dir structure, game/images/appointments/Joy/nightbar/anim/ ) in the error message might also work in case of some rare obscure access errors

The Guide is made by yankeeInKy.
So all depends on his work schedule on when the guide will be updated.
That and if Muffins and Gamer Geek don't distract him too much

This updated Guide will be finished shortly. Had to convert it from pdf to Word and all that good stuff after I lost the original to a dropped external drive.

Layer issue.
I'm sure darkhound1 will fix that.
But it does make for some fun images
