Oh i saw the humor, part of me was hoping it was possible. A man can dream cant he?
you can either gamble on listening to the girls at the restaurant dropping it (literally random) or ask her,
but depending on your affection level she either gets mad or tells you and you lose affection...
works for most of the girls stats if you need to know them, some you can get by listening to the girls or
directly asking the girl (less recommended), or by hacking their phone (only viable/possible in late game)
for the nurse quest its sometimes better to try reroll for the sperm samples, since the girl stats quest
mostly ruins your game progress...

Well, I'm doing lvy's subcutaneous implant task, and I need to know his bust attributes, so I adjusted her affection, love, desire and other values through cheating mode, and then I went to ask her again, but I still failed. I couldn't hack all their mobile phones without subcutaneous implants, so I'm very upset now and don't know what to do. By the way, I really like playing this game.

Three questions.
1) Have you downloaded and read the Companion Guide? Find it linked on the first page of this thread.
2) Why do you want to know Ivy's breast size? My memory may be a bit fuzzy, but I do not recall knowing the information as being a requirement to complete any of her 45 achievements.
3) Define cheating mode. Did you use the Companion Mod or console codes? Neither is infallible, but the Companion Mod is a better choice to prevent Borking your game. Again, it's in the Guide.
My memory agrees with your memory about point 2.
Made a big ole boo boo with Holiday Island. I went scorched earth and deleted all my saves files. I'm not asking for a save file, I'll replay through the VN at some point. Preferably when Aly gets a sex scene. 
Because I want to complete this task given by the doctor, her subcutaneous implant reward.
From what I can tell, it's not random but sequential based on how many iterations of that mission you already have running. Zero prior requests pending-samples. One pending-measurements. Two pending-something to do with workouts, I think?
So the way you make sure it's always samples is to only have one implant quest running at any one time.
Why are our mission requirements different? Is it the version? Or are we not talking about the same girl?

Yes, I used the translated version, but I also played the original version. When I started three tasks of implanting chips at the same time, it was the same as the translated version of the game, so there was no translation problem. Now, in this case, how can I know the measurement data only by listening to girls' conversations in nightclubs or restaurants?

If it were me, I would load a 'save' point, which hopefully you have, prior to starting the three tasks of implanting chips at the same time. Yes, you'd have to replay some things you have already seen or accomplished, but that shouldn't take too long as you know what to do. In effect you are clearing and resetting the game to a prior point before you started having problems. No guarantee it works, but it's worth a shot IMO.
