As you say, it doesn't align with the script.
It'd be nice if you could get all the plane girl scenes in a single play through,
but part of the conceit is that the MC is trapped on the island
(maybe he shouldn't want to leave?)
and can't leave to get another plane girl.

At least, that's my read on the game.

When trapped on the island, he could be bound on the airplane seat or on a pole in the plane and the girl you pick up has fun with him....

Not really. But you are not giving any details what you are trying to do on what platform. What happens, any error messages etc.
