You never see the girls give birth, but the epilogues for some of the girls implies that they're pregnant with your second child, having given birth off-screen.

Keep in mind it's impossible to get all achievements on a single save file, so you need to either start a new game to focus on each girl and their associated stat(s), load a save from before a branching point, or use a save file editor to cheat.
