dunno where the heck did you get that the game has no replayability it is replayable as hell and even has systems supporting NG+ and the like, there are also many choices in the game that can differ one playthrough from another. As for the defeat situations, yes most of the H scenes are defeat related 30-60% maybe but a lot of them can also be initiated NORMALLY by just having the right costume/stats.

Have you tried running it with Japanese Locale?

I don't get it. I read through the whole thread since i guess there are a lot of people who didn't read through instructions.

I did the region setup thingy - usse unicode utf-8 , i even use japeanese for non-unicode prgrams.

I have installed a locale emulator. In version 2.5.0.1.

I used winrar, opened, ctrl+e to change language to japanese on the ziped file and the update, i open the game by using the japanese language locale emulator and used the gameupdate.bat. I tryed different combinations of the steps above and the only thing that got fixed is that the text ingame is now readable, but no pictures load.

You must be registered to see the links

It should be quite simple to use. Install that and run the game by right clicking the game exe. If the top bar shows moonrunes instead of random gibberish you should be good to go and this should not have the same issues I think.
It's either this or winrar changing the moonrunes on the files to random gibberish.
