Is this a save from an old version? You should have a variable "Abbyll" set to 1 but it's set to 0, and it should have been set during Cecilia's quest 14 (You're at stage 24).

Thanks for the save, from looking at it one of Cecilia's previous quests that you have done failed to set the veriable to continue with Abby, and one of the variables for the heatwave event didn't set either. So I've made you a custom patch that should fix the issue and let you progress.
I'm not sure why they didn't set, did you by any chance play the game a while ago and recently pick it back up and continue from an old save?
To use the patch drop it into the side characters folder and overwrite, I added the veriables to the end of violets mass portal quest, where your save was so you should be able to just continue on from that save.
Edit: posted this before seeing that kvier got you going. Thanks kvier, as for what you said about the log in regards to the western event, I'll make that clearer in the next update.
trauts Judging by the quest log image you sent this will hopfully also fix your issue if you can replay the mass portal event quest.
The biggest update to date, this is the games penultimate update and contains 27 quests and 4 new random events, taking us to 100 entries in the replay gallery.
I decided the secondary characters needed a little extra but not enough to warrant a whole other update so each of them have a bonus quest.

General question not game related. I usually use Viking File to download, I used Chrome and Firefox however they always report back once it finishes downloading.... Dangerous download blocked.
I use to never have issues but recently, last few weeks, when ever I use Viking File the browsers block the download.
So just thought I put it out there for thoughts. Thanks.
