What MOD? The ones in the OP are for ch5 not Season 1 (steam version)

I've only played this game once, so I can't be sure, but I think Ocean removed the "official" incest a long time ago, otherwise it would have been banned from Patreon by now. As far as I know, the patch only restores the incest content and doesn't create something like a fan-made mod would. So, for now, the tag will stay the same.

Either way, we'll have to wait for the next release to be sure. Which should happen in about 2 years... at best, lol.

Yeah, the game has been completely neutered now. I don't know what idiot told him that avoiding the adult only tag on Steam would get more business, but they were wrong. There can't really be a working Ipatch with zero sex in the game now.

Its even more astonishing that some governments in the Western countries constantly push in real life for all sorts of LGBTQ+++ rights, sex change for children as young as early teens, sexual education with first hand experience in kinder gardens etc. But still things like sex between first cousins is criminalized in some of US states.
If I lived in the US I could be sentenced at least twice for various sex offences but in my country I am a perfectly law obedient citizen. But on the other hand LGBT propaganda is banned in my country. How weird this world is.

Honestly, I don't see the point of a “Watch List” if there's a color tag system in place: M/S->M/S

These two methods essentially duplicate each other.
I don't think that's necessary. Just add it to the main list, and if there will be sex, just repaint the tag.

In general, if there is a “Watch List”, it would be better to at least remove abandoned games from there.
