This is your interpretation

Ok, I have to ask. If you are so against incest, why are you in a thread devoted to incest? Are you attempting to be the moral police on a porn site?

EDIT: And there is a HUGE difference between incest in real life and what is done in games and such. One is real, the other is fantasy. Just look at all the porn site that have it.

Another misinterpretation... I'm not against incest!

Is editable.
Doesn't make the phrase any less ridiculous. Dev could have used any other term to mask the relationship. But we're stuck with "Landlady" because it's a fucking meme at this point. Hell if it's the game's description and it's editable why not just make that clear in the description?
living under the same roof as two women (relationships changeable).
Saying "landlady" does nothing but serve as a juvenile attempt to thumb the nose at Patreon for banning incest. "Oh haha, she's TOTALLY not your Mom. The landlady, who never asks you for rent payments, has just raised you since you were a baby. That's definitely normal and not weird at all." It's not like we need secret code to know when a game's relationships are intended to be incestuous. It's pretty obvious.

You spent too much attention on something so trivial, my friend. Let's just play games without even notice the terminology used in their overview, OK?:coffee::giggle:

You'd have a legitimate point if so many games on this site didn't default to "landlady" and require a patch to change the label.

Alternatively maybe there's something to this "landlady" thing. Are the capitalists trying to get us to submit to the land owner class? Or maybe it's the communists that want us to seize the means of reproduction from our landowners? Nah, it's just stupidity that shouldn't be the norm but somehow is. I'm not going to shy away from calling it out.

imo it's the norm because it's easy code for people to understand. It's ubiquitous at this point that the second you see 'landlady' it means "oh there's 100% an incest patch and I can bang my hot mom in this game." I appreciate how straightforward it is considering the censorship these games go through.

Do you really think the word "landlady" has helped you find an incest game in the last year? Or been useful at all? I don't know about you but my degenerate ass is looking on sites with tag systems like F95zone where games get labeled as incest whether they need a patch or not. Is anyone out there entering "landlady porn game" into the search engine? Surely even the games that need patches would be found if you straight up searched for incest porn games. To this point I ask you, if they used a term other than "landlady" would you still have found the game and known it was incest? Because I believe you would have.

I would have found the game, but not all incest games have the MC's mom. I see landlady, I know the mom is there, and that's something I appreciate since that's info for what game I should choose. I don't particularly get wrapped up in the convention of how the information is given to me. Not all of the games here always say "landlady." We all have our pet peeve's though so I get it.
