Make an account on VNDB, on the left hand side under menu hit visual novels, then in the center of the page under the search bar hit the tags drop down menu and put in blood-related mother/son incest or whatever type or tag you want and hit search. And then just sort the results rating or release date and make your way down the list. Also most games don't have a translation so if you want to play them you need to follow a walkthrough on how to use machine translations, but they get the job done and are worth it imo. And there are a bunch of itsu mama games that don't have translations that you won't find here (

The dev's Twitter page is also mostly abaondoned (the last tweets were only a few re-tweets in mid-2020), so there's little to no information what happened to the dev.
Note: The sex-with-sister scene is only accessible on the Elise + Tina route, but it's pretty awesome when it comes to that point. There's a walkthrough available in the thread on how to proceed on each of the 3 routes available. The "Elise route" (only the sister) will only go as far as oral sex, so the full threesome is the way to go there.
