mmm my pc can play skyrim anniversary edition, witcher 3 and Cyberpunk 2077 on the highest graphic settings without any issues but for some reason it struggles with this its extremly slow with the moving scenes and text takes too long, could not get to the end before i gave up.

First of all i want to congratulate you for your game..It is one of the most interesting scenarios in this site..The game it self places you in a role of a guy who is challenged physicaly and more important mentally..what i mean

- it shows you that you cant trust what you saw even when its happening infront of your eyes..That is the feeling that most games miss to extract from the player.

- plotline is offering diversity..you can play as the obedient husband, or as the the husband that takes charge or even the husband that is that his accident took a toll in his mental state when it comes in the relations with the family.

- models are nice, loveable ..sexy wife-daughters..intimidating villain adorable protagonist.

- the feeling of the game, the deja-vu hint , something tells me that this is a loop happening infront of the protagonist eyes choises that have been made and cannot be unmade.

- My personal recomendation during the dinner scene we should see all of the events regardless of the choises(kitchen scene or table scene) to be unfolded or not at all depending in our choises(dismiss Jerome from the beginning and wife argument )

PS.-Something is telling me that the wife hides something regarding the whole situation...or maybe its how i play that allows me to feel like this.

In conclusion great scenario, nice enviroment ,strong core - But in order to go forward i think action must take place during the empty week of this update in form of patches event add-ons and the next update, because i think prolonging the plot might become tiresome for the players..

Nope just a person who played both games, this game offers more than GPC and many other trash games like it, this game is actually original with amazing renders

Look I can't say anything about the renders, everyone has their own personal taste, but you are blatantly lying about the content. Not cool.

Even though this game came out 1.5 years earlier than GPC, it still has less content and updates are very slow.

The game was abandoned for over a year because of the war between Russia and Ukraine and less than a year ago he came back and dropped 2 updates, last update he said it won't have much content as he was focusing on improving the technical and graphics of the game.

I just wait how long a next update with decent content will take now. Because for sure the game mechanic is unique and i enjoy it but i think its also complicated and a lot of work to throw in a short period updates with new content and story progress. I am afraid that dev can only do 2 updates a year and i dint know if that way supporters will stay. Mostvof tje devs i support do weekly updates and some monthly.

He added a map of all events on his Patreon that shows you where the events are and when and plans to do so going forward.

Yeah, I want more content next time, but as I've said in other posts, he has been pretty clear in all his update posts the last 4 months that most of his work has been on the technical end. He's doing something way harder than your standard Ren'Py VN with basic assets and static screens.

3D and animations take time. And frankly, I'm kind of bored of a basic VN. I want something with a little more innovation, even if it takes longer.

My advice, mark this one to watch and come back next update. If it's still not enough, then you have your answer and can move on.

You might find this interesting, but 100% of the work on the game "Home Prisoner" was done by one person... up until Episode 3.

In one of the posts, I once mentioned that we could use a writer, and something of a miracle happened. One of our patrons turned out to be a professional writer!
He offered his help, even knowing that we currently can't afford to pay a writer, and now he is part of our team.

I'm happy to introduce our new Lead Writer, Arkainin. Not only is Arkainin lending his writing talents to our project, but he will also be launching a Subscribe Star/Patreon in the coming weeks.
This platform will be a fantastic way for fans to engage more deeply with his work and explore his unique mix of genres, including Epic Fantasy, LitRPG, Gothic Horror, and NTR Erotica. We'll provide a link as soon as it's live, so you can dive into his diverse and immersive narratives.

What this means for the project:

• Uncertainty. The game has a basic outline of the plot. But to him, as a writer, I would like to give maximum freedom. This means that in 'Home Prisoner', more mysteries and unknowns await us in the plot.
• Literacy. Since the writer is a native English speaker, most scenes will no longer need to be translated from Russian to English, which negatively affected the accuracy of emotional and dialogue nuances. The dialogue will become more correct.
• Time. There is currently a period of adjustment due to the language barrier. But if this does not become a major issue, then the developer will have additional time to create content, which in turn will positively affect the release of updates.

You can evaluate his work! He wrote so many mini-scenes in the first update of Episode 3 that it would be easier to list the scenes written by the developer:

"Disagreement over breakfast choices"
"Discussing the News"
"Morning Change"

All other scenes were written by our new team member!

I hope that in the near future we will have the opportunity to properly compensate him for his work, and that he does not lose his enthusiasm by then.

yup got cucked by his brother but in the end he got revenged by being suicidal, the mc asked the two, his wife and his brother to kill him, couldn't do it himself he said, but when they're setting up the killing, the mc first killed his wife, and saying he always knew everything, in the end he recovered and able to walk iirc and lived a happy ending with his young son

Game is looking good but im stuck at mini game with Missa, the button mashing is almost impossible, was able to reach 800+ Loved that the ntr is avoidable, though after playing, the ntr route would be interesting considering the way our mc is, i'd like to see where mc gets a revenge in the end, like torturing both the fmc and the antag, then ending up with his daughters, though haven't played it all, revenge in ntr route would be nice, more ntr games should have such paths, getting cucked is just not my thing but a twist and happy ending in an ntr will be interesting to see

Would piss a lot of people off, but I could see giving that option at the end being interesting. A sort of, you lost, but you made damn sure everyone else did too. I imagine it would not be all that hard to add either. Just have a split route off the NTR path toward the end.

No that would absolutely destroy the whole purpose and concept of this game. Even though NTR is avoidable in this game, which is stupid in it's own right, people don't play these sort of games for happy endings.
