ScrewThisNoise or STN is the one who made BetterRepack (BR), HF patch and Skull n Bones patch (for Steam).
FYI, STN only compiles the mods and stuffs necessary for them to run properly in form of patch, so he does not made every mods included, just few of it.

Ah sorry I'll rephrase it seems that was confusing.
Can the original poster or anyone else tell me if they have gotten a repack like "BetterRepack" to work on the Steam Deck? Or had the OP or others in the thread used Steam patches like Skull & Bones Patch or HF Patch?

Hey! After unlocking vip and bdsm room, and any other from vip, I see that it has 2 positions per room. Is it possible to unlock more themed positions for that room interaction or that's it?

If you mention "50gigs mods" and "bonemod" I guess you have the Steam version to play.
Sry to tell you that if you want to play most of the shared character cards without troubles you will NEED the usual modpacks.
For Steam it´s the SB3 pack from ScrewThisNoise (the full version)

How do you readjust the body in creator so that the feet touch that black square. I have a few characters that are misaligned during animations because of that.

In my experience a gap between feet and "bottom plate" in creator doesn´t effect the H-scenes. It is only the base of the body measurement.
For example this long leg elf is working fine in bed
The (half) sinking of High Heels into bottom should be gone since BR R10.
