Hello and greetings - newer user here.
I have recently learned of HS2 through The Villain Simulator posting comments. I’ve looked up videos and tried to find any information on WHAT this game actually is. I know it’s the obvious, being an adult game. But not sure of its mechanics.
was hoping someone who is kind and has patience wouldn’t mind breaking down a short explanation on the games play style and features - since the last video review was in 2020…

If we're just talking about Honey Select 2, the base game, it is essentially a sex simulator, where you, a male character, get to interact with multiple women in a large hotel-like setting, have sex with said women (the simulation part of the game) to a great degree of freedom and choice, and build a relationship with them. What adds greatly to this is that you can design these women using the built-in character creator.

version of the game, which this thread is primarily dedicated to, is where the real fun begins. The Better Repack (be sure you are using the most current version, R16 as of this post, follow the link I just posted) includes a wide variety of mods which include character cards to use in game, outfits/designs/shaders/textures for the character creator, and the beautiful Studio Neo V2 (with associated mods), which allows for custom scene creation (and not at all connected to the main game itself). Keep in mind that the Better Repack is massive in size due to the very active modding community around this game, so if you're going to commit, you'll need to commit lots of space. I personally recommend using an external hard drive. For example, I have a terabyte external hard drive dedicated to HS2 (and I put lots of other things on it, still lots of room left over). If ever you have specific questions, you can ask them here, or I recommend using the search function in the top right of this page, I guarantee that most any question you have has already been asked and answered.

Despite, modding seems to be their FTJIRL which implyz they might have enough brain to hear reason. I would DM him/her/it and tell your gripe. It is legit. Be nice but firm and tell the truth as you see it. Kill with kindness, as they say. Maybe you'll have better luck.
