download and add this plugin to "BepInEx/Plugins" in your game root if you want to unlock all the animations and have them be available no matter the girls state, very handy it will then be in femdom as Herbmetaru said

I would also install "[essu] FemaleParameterInfo v1.0" from your "[OPTIONAL] Mods" folder if you have the BetterRepack so you can freely change the selected girls stats in the lobby

Did you look at the minimum requirements on the front page?

For the modded version you need more requirements, probably your pc can't handle it.

the first launch after downloading the game, gives me an error too.
After starting it the second time, it works. Have you tried?
Alternatively try to see if lowering the options on 'InitSetting' still gives problems.

Could just be the issue of the zip file that got broken during download, happens sometimes when downloading from MEGA, happened to me many times actually.
