None that I could find. The changelogs for the plugins by joan6694 seem to have stopped years ago for whatever reason.

The first thing you'll want to check is your game location. A large number of problems related to startup and setup are because your file paths are too long. Rename the main game folder a short name, like 'HS2-R16', and put it on top of the drive. For example: D:\HS2-R16.
If the problem persists, try deleting your 'save' folder in your 'Userdata' folder and start a new game.

Can you repackage and upload it? I can't download her correctly.

afaik, he wrote that because some dude wanted a mod, and in return, offered to give the other person some mods; like a private transaction. it just means we have to post it publicy for everyone, not 1 on 1
